The work was carried out on time, on budget and in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to ask Glassar Projects to complete any future work in my property.
Carl had already done a great job of building an extension to our house and we had no hesitation in asking him to take on this second big job. An experienced and accomplished project manager, he has very good communication skills, listening and keeping people updated on progress. He has built up a great team of trustworthy tradespeople, important in making clients feel secure, with so many different people having access to the house. This was an ambitious project, involving conversion of large roofspace in big Victorian semi. All was completed to an extremely high specification, with many creative and imaginative features

Carl and the team were quality from start to finish. Came and gave some advise as well as a quote early on, once we had agreed to go ahead it all moved quite quickly. They were courteous whilst in the house and kept in touch throughout. When extra things came up they were upfront about costs and there were no issues. After it was finished a few bits needed tweaking and they came back to do so without hesitation. Will use them again for other work.
We had a kitchen extension and a new kitchen fitted by Carl from Glassar Projects. Things went really well and we are really pleased with the splendid outcome. Carl ably overcame the inevitable and unexpected problems that crop up during a build. He kept me informed throughout with good communication at all times. I would recommend Glassar Projects.
Glassar Projects have just finished our downstairs renovation, moving our kitchen into an unused space and creating a utility room and downstairs toilet. We are so happy with the results! Carl has been very responsive and helpful throughout and has given us useful suggestions and ideas. We would definitely use them again for any future projects and will be recommending to others.
