Not much has really changed from that plan - he was able to come up with something brilliant on the spot and has delivered on it spectacularly. Steve is trustworthy and a thoroughly nice chap, with an incredible work ethic and amazing attention to detail. He’s always got the solution or answer to any query or concern. If he says he is going to be with you at a certain time, he will be there. No lateness or wondering what is happening next. He’ll keep you informed at every step of the journey and if the results are anything like ours, you’ll be chuffed to bits. Also, the cost was very competitive. If I’m honest, we got so used to having Steve around, we were a bit sad when the job finished! Hopefully he won’t be a stranger, as he is always welcome here.

He always kept us updated on progress, and ensured that the work was carried out to a very high standard, and fully complying with the agreed plans and specifications.
