Sam was fantastic from the very first appointment. He carried out the survey, provided a clear and competitive quote, and offered continuous support throughout the process, always being available to answer any questions I had. Michael and Ethan, the fitters, were equally fantastic. They worked tirelessly in extremely hot temperatures in the loft and did an amazing job. The finished loft looks fantastic, and they left everything clean and tidy with no mess behind. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough — an excellent service from start to finish. A truly great company!

We recently used Instaloft to convert our attic into a usable space with boarding, insulation, under-roof lining, a hatch ladder, electrics, and fire alarms. The entire process was incredibly efficient. It started when we saw their Instagram advert; I reached out, and a surveyor appointment was booked shortly after. Jack, our surveyor, was fantastic. He spent time assessing our space and clearly explained all of our options using their brochure, making everything crystal clear and answering all our questions. Communication with the office via email was also a breeze, making quotes, deposits, and payments completely hassle-free. Our installers, Jordan and Callum, were lovely guys—friendly, professional, and very fast. The electrician and carpenter joined them during the two-day installation (also both great). You can really tell they all work for the same company because they interacted and teamed up so well together. The finished result looks fantastic and was completed so quickly. It was a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them!

Had a new loft hatch and ladder fitted today. Really pleased with the finished result. All work was carried out professionally and in a timely manner. Work area was cleaned following installation. The fitter was a lovely lad. Polite and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect service from start to finish! Surveyor was great and went through all of the options and limitations of my loft and gave me a price and booked me in on the day. Installers arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed in record time, cleaned up after themselves! Great service through the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Registered my interest online on Tuesday night, got a follow up phone call weds morning and booked home appointment for Thurs afternoon. Simon arrived earlier than expected, 20 mins and a builders brew later quotation done (with my requests taken on board) and job agreed to go ahead the following Tues morning. Deposit paid and credit sorted that afternoon. Come Tues nice, polite lad (sorry forgot name) arrived again early and kept me informed of arrival. 2 and half hrs later job done and full demonstration shown of my new loft ladder, extended loft hatch, loft light and high quality loft flooring. I even left the house, whilst he was at work and he rung me again early to tell me half an hour before he was done. Very quick & painless install on a new build. All explained up front in easy to understand terminology. Multiple payment options too, giving the option to stagger payments interest-free if desired. Early installment date and good communication to arrange Electrician and Carpentry on different days. Both installations were very quick, the electrics taking less than an hour overall and the boarding, hatch & shelving only half a day. It's now completely transformed into a great, well-lit space with excellent storage options and will make organising storage, and access to it all very easy.
