Working with Mark has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We identified a rising damp issue at the front of our home, and Mark provided a detailed quote covering the entire process -stripping back, damp treatment, plastering, and fitting new skirting boards. It’s clear from the outstanding quality of the work that Mark is a perfectionist. The finish looks incredible, and he left the workspace immaculate both throughout and after the job. I had a flood in my house which caused much distress. I required a builder who could investigate damp patches and advise me about the treatment. I researched builders in my area and having read the splendid reviews I had no doubt that i would be in safe hands with Integrated Builders . Mark came out promptly and inspected all the damage caused by the flood. He was very professional and reassuring so him and his team started the work 2 days later. Firstly a damp proof course was carried out followed by quality plastering and joinery work. Mark and his team finished in a timely fashion. The job was competitively priced. I would strongly recommend this company.
Mark and his team did a fantastic job removing the wall between our kitchen and dining room to make an open plan living space. Great communication throughout and lots of handy guidance that gave me confidence that the job was being completed to the best standard possible. Not only are Mark and the team efficient workers, they are friendly and respectful. Would definitely recommend.
Honestly couldn’t have asked for nicer guys to come and sort my house! Mark and Tom sorted my kitchen right out. Damp proofing and re plastered all sorted in a couple of days. 10/10, would recommend (and have!) to anyone
