Great communication, helped to find solutions when we faced issues that no one else had experience before and even when we advised a few things needed looking into after the project was finished they were happy to help. A very stressful period but even with very demanding customers like ourselves they delivered great results.
A huge thank you to Jake and his team for helping us turn our house into a home. Jake came as a recommendation and we are delighted with the quality of what has been produced. Jake was patient with us at the outset of our project when we faced unexpected challenges (challenges not linked to Jake and his team) prior to the start of our build which led to some significant changes to our plan. He helped settle our frustrations and his team provided solutions to problems which helped us get back on track. The team were polite, friendly and professional. They were wonderful with our two dogs. We had never done a structural renovation before. Having someone to lean on was invaluable. Jake kept us updated throughout the build, offering suggestions along the way. He recognised our desire to maintain the traditional style of our house, prompting the inclusion of a wonderful decorative windowsill as part of our garage conversion. Suggestions such as this demonstrated to us the level of pride that Jake takes in his work. The team adapted to the many changes we made to our plans along the way and were very receptive to feedback. Our site was kept clean at the end of each day given that we continued to live at home throughout the project, often working from home whilst they were on site. Now the work is finished we struggle to remember what our home looked like before. We are delighted with the quality of the work and would not hesitate to recommend Jake to our friends and family. Most have already seen what has taken place and have been very complimentary of what was achieved.

I recently had some work done by Jake and his team. By putting a whole team on the job they were able to complete the work in only a few days. The quality of the finished work is superb. I highly recommend them.
Jake and his team completed a kitchen extension for us at the end of 2025 and we can’t recommend them enough. They were all an absolute pleasure to have around; good humoured, very tidy workers, considerate to my home working and our neighbours. They kept us fully informed throughout and gave really helpful ideas and suggestions. 10/10!
Jake and his team did an excellent job repointing, rendering, pulling down brick structures, removing porch, putting in a lintel across 2 wide garage doors. Thry were organised, efficient and tidy. Jake is a good communicator and the whole experience was really good and the difference they have made is amazing. A brilliant job thank you!
Jake and his team were very quick to respond to our enquiry to demolish a load bearing wall and insert a new steel beam. They were on site soon after we had accepted their quotation and arranged to do the work over a weekend. The three men on site worked so fast and efficiently that they easily completed the work in the 2 days ready for the building inspector. Once the work had been inspected the plasterer came to repair the wall and ceiling plaster and did a superb job. The whole team worked hard. They explained what they were doing and kept us informed. At the end of each day they removed any rubbish and left us in a clean and tidy state. All in all I would thoroughly recommend their services.
