JNR have completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier. Julian put us at ease from the start and even improved on some of the original design work. All of the team were exceptional workers, friendly and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We feel very grateful to have found Julian to build our dream home from the ground up. We were able to maintain our day-to-day obligations whilst JNR took on the full project and all the headaches that go with it. Having taken on this project whilst mostly living and working 140 miles away from the site, having someone to rely on was critical, and we knew very quickly we had found that with Julian and the team at JNR. The result truly speaks for itself, but the enthusiasm and can-do approach by Julian and his full team of true professionals cannot be overstated. Nothing was too much trouble. Our neighbours and passersby have also commented on how well finished the house is and that it looks as though it has always been there. The result surpasses expectations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. In fact we are now working together on creating living space above the garage and a full landscaping scheme. From first meeting Julian both me and my husband were very impressed after speaking to a few other building companies, his honesty and his vision for our project was first class, what him and his team bought in to our dream home was just amazing. Julian allowed us stay in our property and worked round our family, enabling us to stay in our property. We also appreciated that this would have made this so much harder for the team to do their work, however they managed to do this without an issue. Having a huge project like ours with the whole top story coming off, these guys were just amazing! Each and every tradesman were brilliant. All through the project he was an inspiration constantly coming up with new ideas, how we can improve our forever home. We were so impressed with end results. We would have no hesitation in using JNR Building again for any future projects. A great team, very knowledgeable and so very easy to have around whilst the work was being done. As we were unable to move out Julian and his team made a rather difficult extension/renovation as easy as possible, being flexible in their approach and working around us as a family as much as possible. We shared our brief, and with Julian’s, his architect’s, and the team’s fantastic ideas and input, the results have far exceeded our expectations. The extension is brilliant — giving us a much larger kitchen area, a utility room, and a dining area (just in time for Christmas!). On top of that, they fitted a brand-new kitchen, laid new flooring throughout the extension and our existing home, installed new windows, and carried out landscaping. The quality of work and attention to detail have been outstanding. The team were reliable, professional, and an absolute pleasure to have around, working seamlessly around us as a family while we were still living in the property. Special thanks to Lee & Mitch for the fantastic carpentry, and Baz & Adam for their excellent landscaping work, especially in some really challenging weather! Following the huge success of our first project with JNR in 2023, we had no hesitation in having Julian and his dedicated team back to tackle a full house renovation project which also involved a significant amount of external landscaping. The project was daunting and not without its challenges but the practical and thoughtful approach by Julian made the difference and we couldn’t have done it without him and his team. A huge thanks to all the JNR team who have been involved throughout the project and made it as stress free as possible. Thanks JNR!

Julian and his team converted and installed a new bathroom and utility room for us. As well converting a walk in wardrobe to a toilet upstairs and installing new doors through out the house. We were very pleased with the communication and service through out the process. His team were polite, tidy and the job was completed on time and to a high standard. I wouldnt hesitate to reccomend JNR Building to anyone looking to have some work done and we will be looking to use them again in the future,
