While the service may seem fast at first, it appears to be driven by staff working under constant pressure rather than a stable or well-managed business. As a customer, I witnessed delivery staff and contractors being shouted at by management, which reflects a tense and unprofessional working environment. From what I have seen, there appears to be a high turnover of staff and frequent changes in direction. Projects seemed to be reassigned or left unfinished, which was noticeable and disruptive. Other reviews also raise concerns about management, and in my experience this instability impacts the overall quality and consistency of the service.
Great experience from start to finish. Very professional team, high-quality work, and clear communication throughout. The project was delivered on time and to a very high standard. Would happily work with them again and recommend them to others.
