I had an amazing experience with Sacha managing the renovations of my new home in Dalston. He made what would have been a very stressful undertaking incredibly smooth, going out of his way to make sure I was happy and that the quality of work was always the highest. I think he may have even had higher standards than myself which is rare to find in a builder and he felt like a true partner throughout! The project was essentially a full refurb of a 3 bed 2 bath house and included new plumbing, new electrics, new flooring, redecoration throughout including replastering as well as a reinsulation of the roof. We were originally quoted two months but as we started works it quickly became clear it was going to require more time and investment. It took six months in the end and the guys were really breaking their backs to get us in before Christmas. My only feedback would be that having a bit more clarity on a critical plan throughout would have been beneficial. Sacha’s wider team of builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, joiners and painters all had the same positive attitude and work ethic and I looked forward to my site visits. Genuinely just nice people to be around and shared the same high standards - each contractor wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to me if they felt something didn’t look right and were very flexible in changing direction if needed which I really appreciated - this saved me more than a few times with paint and lighting that didn’t look quite how I thought it would! As my first renovation, Sacha always took the time to explain how things worked and what my different options were and I valued his opinions highly. Communication and quality were 10/10. I have already recommended London Construction Company to multiple people looking to do big and small home improvement projects and will continue to do so :) Thanks Sacha !!

London construction company did an exceptional job on my factory conversion flat. Sacha and his team took on the job last minute and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to move in on time without any compromise to the quality of work. Sacha was patient, professional and a joy to communicate with every step of the way. I have since worked with him again and will continue to do so.

When my neighbours hired this company to repair our partition wall, my problems began. I made it clear to the owner that I did not agree to the work or to paying for it, and the owner of this construction company assured me the hiring party would cover the cost. However, near completion, the owner of this company claimed I should contribute, which was misleading. I refused to pay for work I hadn’t authorised—this experience says a lot about their conduct. I would not hire this company

London Construction Company helped with the structural renovations to our property in Hackney Wick and were excellent throughout. Sacha and his team were professional, respectful, and completely trustworthy, with clear communication at every stage. As with many renovation projects, we ran into some unforeseen issues, but this is where they really came into their own. Sacha recommended using his structural engineer, who was excellent and helped get everything back on track. We’re now moving into phase two of our renovation and are very happy to be working with London Construction Company again. Thank you Sacha and the whole team. I highly recommend them.
