Mann building services ltd

This is the third occasion I have entrusted the team at Mann Building Services Ltd for building works. The first occasion was for a character filled 13th century Hall House, the second two 15th century barns, and third, over the last 8 months, a striking contemporary new build. Lee, John and their team have collectively an outstanding skill set that applies successfully to sympathetic restorations or to a modern dwelling. Lee, John and their entire team are a true pleasure to collaborate with. They communicate clearly, explain methods and alternative approaches, so that you are best informed and feel faith and trust in their work. Lee, John and the team provide quality work and work to exceptionally high standards. Importantly, the team at Mann Building Services Ltd are genuine, friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely strive for what is best for their client.

We’ve been really impressed with Mann building services from start to finish. Great communication, very high standard of work and skilful team of experts in each of their specialisms from carpentry to roofing and plastering. The work was finished on time and they were good at problem-solving issues in an older house full of surprises. They worked safely, were tidy and respectful in our home and are just really nice people to be around.

We have recently had a garage conversion and removal of an aging conservatory by Lee and John. From the initial visit by Lee for an estimate through to completion of works you are never in doubt that you will have a really good end result. With positive inputs into ideas they took our aims and turned them into an end product. Identifying potential challenges before they arose and coming up with the solutions required. We would recommend Mann Building Services and already have to others we know.

What a pleasure it has been to work with Lee and John. They are extremely professional and meticulous and worked with us on a garage loft conversion in a way that accommodated our ideas throughout the process with flexibility. They also offered valuable insight throughout the design process and have an excellent grasp on building regulations and practical considerations. They were very transparent about costs and options, always on time and worked tirelessly to get the job completed. I would 100% use them again on another building project.

Absolute pleasant experience with Lee and John for the project of converting the garage into a living room. Despite the wet and frosty winter, the project was completed as scheduled and the quality of work is just fantastic. Will certainly recommend to anyone who need their service.

We have been using John and Lee for building services the last couple of years. First was a garage conversion, then a bathroom refurbish and most recently John tiled our kitchen.
