This involved a major remodelling of the internal layout, replacement plumbing, drainage and electrics, new roof, new dormers, replacement of an old extension with a new one and new double garage. The project also included fitting of 5 bathrooms and full internal redecoration of the house. In just under 12 months, Marc's team have meticulously transformed our house into a very special home. We are delighted not only with the finished result which is of the highest quality in all regards, but we also found Marc and all of his team to be a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, worked pragmatically through the various challenges that arose, and worked in tandem with the architect and interior designer to deliver an exceptional result. Throughout the project, the costs were managed with transparency and detail that let us remain in control of the budget and make informed choices about where we deployed our spend. Marc has a really strong team of employees and subcontractors who all went the extra mile to deliver a level of quality not commonly seen. And all of them were nice, hardworking, trustworthy guys who we enjoyed working with. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marc Allan Builders and if we do another project we will 100% use them again.

We are delighted with the renovation and extension of our Victorian Semi-Detached Sandstone house. MAB delivered an extensive re-modelling of our house which has left us with an incredible family house. We were nervous about the level of steel work and structural changes that were required for an older property however MAB managed the technical delivery with excellence. Kevin and many others on site were professional and dedicated for the entirety of our project. Marc was always fair and easy to communicate with and maintained a calm head even when practical challenges were encountered. The quality and outcome for us has left us with much to appreciate and we are thankful for Marc and his team for delivering such a quality finish.
Kitchen Extension & Garden Fence Marc Allan Builders Ltd have just completed our extension onto the back of our house opening up and transforming our kitchen. Marc Allan Builders Ltd recently completed a loft conversion for us (including a dormer bedroom and shower room) and we are delighted with the results. This was a tricky project with very limited space and access to work with, but Marc and the team carried out the work perfectly and sensitively, with little disruption. Communication was great throughout and the work was completed to a very high standard, with any challenges we encountered along the way, dealt with promptly and professionally. Our job involved a complete refurb of church toilets (St John's-Renfield Church in Kelvindale if you want to check them out). Marc managed the job effectively and constructively and his workers were all properly skilled and a good team. Despite inevitable glitches the work progressed well and within our rather limited summer time window. We have had nothing but compliments on the work and are happy to recommend this business.
Working with Marc and his team on a major house renovation was a very positive experience for us. From the initial consultation it was clear to us that Marc Allan Builders were going to be a company we could work with. They took time to understand the architects vision, came up with valuable suggestions about how we could make it work and helped us get the most out of our budget. Marc was always available to answer questions and concerns and kept us informed of progress on the job. One of the most impressive parts of this project was seeing the care and professionalism that the various craftspeople took in creating our new space. In particular the plumbers, James and Eddie and electricians Graham and Jamie were really creative in bringing new ideas to an old house. Scott, the decorator was very patient and professional and his work is of the highest standard. It’s been really nice to see how proud Marc and his team are of what they have achieved in our home. needless to say, we are thrilled with the result.
