We honestly wish we had found Manchester Dream Property Ltd sooner. We went through a really stressful time dealing with other contractors before them, and it wasn’t a great experience. MDP Builds came in to sort out our porch, and from the start they were professional, organised, and easy to deal with. The quality of their work has been excellent, but what really stood out was how they helped us deal with the mess left behind by previous builders as well. Because of how they handled everything, we’ve decided to move forward with them for the next stage of our house build—and that says a lot. We would definitely recommend them. We’ve already been telling friends and family about them. It’s not easy to find builders who are reliable and genuinely care about doing a proper job, but these guys do. A special mention to Amir, Project Manager, who made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

Was a client of MDP Builds first. They did my driveway, garden, patio, gates and some bits inside the house. After a pretty bad experience with other builders, these guys were just on a different level. Honest, turn up when they say they will, and actually care about the finish. Was that impressed I ended up joining the team, which probably says it all. Just wish I found them earlier. If you’re thinking about using them, I wouldn’t hesitate. We worked with this team a year ago and were extremely satisfied with the extension and loft conversion they completed for us. They are a fantastic team—committed, hardworking, and dedicated. They worked six days a week, often staying until late afternoon, without any complaints or excuses.
