What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Bolton residents have called on Mitchell & Davis Construction Ltd for a broad range of building work, with feedback concentrating on the standard of the finished result. Several buyers describe complete refurbishments, an extension, window replacements and a dormer roof, all completed to a high standard. More than one review highlights the reliability of Nick and his team, noting that jobs were finished quickly and without mess, and that punctuality set them apart from other trades. Named staff including Colin, Steve, Al, Dec and Connor are praised for being polite, professional and respectful throughout.

Clear quotes and fair pricing feature often, with one customer stating the cost came in well below a rival quotation. Communication from Col Davis, the managing director, is singled out as helpful and attentive to detail. The problem-solving approach taken on complex projects also draws praise, with workable solutions found without compromising quality on a lengthy refurbishment. Tidiness and efficiency recur, from the fitting of ten windows and a composite door to the complete refurbishment of a house. The recurring theme remains the dependable teamwork behind each completed extension, window installation and interior renovation.

Nick and his crew did an awesome job on our new dorma roof! They finished it fast, perfectly, and to a really high standard. I'd totally recommend them. And the best part? It cost half what another company quoted us.

We’ve just had 10 new windows (including a bay) and a composite door fitted by Nick and his team. We’re in love with the new windows and the abundance of light they now give us having replaced our diamond leaded windows. The team (Al, Dec and Connor) were polite, professional and efficient with the fitting and left no mess behind. The price we were given was competitive compared to the other quotes we received. The price, the 3 week lead time and Nick’s expert advice during the design/measuring up were great value for money. Highly recommend!

Outstanding builders. Mitchell and Davis undertook a complex project and found workable solutions to some very difficult problems, all without sacrificing quality. The 27 month project was completed 3 months ahead of schedule and finished build quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend Mitchell and Davis.
