New Build Contractors | Residential Specialists

New Build Contractors is a construction firm with over 20 years of hands-on experience. Its team comprises contractors, architects, project managers and tradespeople. The company works with homeowners, developers and businesses across London and the South East, and has a track record in the commercial, residential, healthcare and education sectors.

It offers fully managed design-and-build services, handling architectural design, planning permission, construction and final handover. Residential services include house extensions, loft conversions and house renovations. The firm produces architectural drawings and 3D visuals or CGI renderings, and uses a secure online portal for progress updates. It complies with all UK building and safety regulations.

Projects ranging from single new homes to a development of ten terraced houses have been completed by this building firm, and clients commissioning such work describe a consistently professional experience from first planning through to handover. The quality of the finished build is a recurring theme, with customers noting that high standards were maintained across every detail and that the luxury finish met or exceeded expectations. Reliability and punctuality come up often, including one site where construction continued through poor weather and still finished on schedule.

Several reviewers highlight clear, honest communication before and after the job, with updates given throughout the process. Expertise in building from the ground up is frequently cited, and Jas is named as part of the team. Competitive pricing is also mentioned, alongside the amenable and meticulous approach of the builders on site. Previous work inspired confidence in those who commissioned the company, and clients speak of a smooth, well-organised process running from initial stages to final handover, with a trustworthy manner and careful attention to detail evident throughout.
