Great job putting in a Velux for us. Probably the most careful and tidy builders/tradesmen I've ever used. Even when the job overran, they just worked extra and didn't rush it which was nice. Have already asked them to quote for extra jobs.

Fred from ProCo builders replaced our Velux blinds with ones that use Solar power to open and close them. He came and measured the blinds, ordered and fitted them. He was very professional, and always asked if I was happy with the work he was doing. He cleared up after himself and helped me move the furniture. We are very happy with his work.

I highly recommend this roofing company. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in at very short notice, which was greatly appreciated. The work was carried out professionally from start to finish, and the team was friendly, courteous, and easy to deal with. What impressed me most was their honesty and commitment to doing the job properly. Once they got onto the roof, they discovered that more slabs needed replacing than originally anticipated. Despite the additional work involved, they honoured the quote that had been agreed beforehand, which speaks volumes about their integrity and customer service. ProCo Builders removed a partition in our kitchen and installed additional electricity sockets as part of our preparation to have a new kitchen installed. Freddie and his team carried out the work quickly and to an exceptionally high standard and have left us the perfect canvas to take our project forward. During the works we had builders, a plasterer and an electrician carry out work, and they were all highly competent and professional, and showed great respect to our home as they worked around our day to day living. Fredi and Eric did an excellent job of fitting a new Velux into my loft storage space for ventilation. They took great care to ensure that the Velux was well supported on all sides. Not only were they professional and friendly but they took great care of my house protecting the carpet and stairs and leaving it all immaculate afterwards. They fixed a couple of broken slates and added some missing mortar in the chimney stack too. Great service!

ProCo Builders recently completed a full refurbishment of my house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Their work has completely transformed my home. They created a stunning en-suite bathroom and beautifully restored my existing family bathroom. They also installed new tile flooring in both bathrooms and laminate flooring in my dining room and corridor, making sure the subfloor was perfectly level before starting — a real testament to their attention to detail. They replaced the internal doors, including the architraves, and designed, manufactured, and installed a bespoke cupboard in the family bathroom, which looks fantastic and adds both style and practicality. On top of the interior work, they also redid my driveway with block paving, which now gives me space to park two cars and a motorbike — a huge improvement that I’m really pleased with.
