We had an excellent experience with Springate Building Company. Dan, Billy, and Louis worked tirelessly through some truly awful weather earlier this year, yet still completed our extension quickly and to a very high standard. Corin was always on hand to help with any administrative queries, which made the whole stress-free. The team were approachable throughout and more than happy to accommodate small changes along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any building work.

I contacted Springate based on the reviews, so it only feels right to leave them one myself. Bill, Dan and Louis are skilled, hard working, knowledgeable and approachable. From day 1 to the day they left, it was a positive experience, I really can’t fault them. Their workmanship was brilliant and their advice was spot on. Any issues we had, they worked through with us and came up with solutions. Bill sent a detailed quote and payment schedule that set clear expectation, which I appreciated. Any additional bits were quoted and reasonable. They were extremely considerate - at the end of every day they cleared up as much as they could, they left us with as much working appliances as possible throughout and they weren’t disturbing to the neighbours (unless neighbours don’t like Elvis…!) Corin was also very helpful and on hand with any questions, coordinating everything behind the scenes. They are a well oiled machine. I would absolutely use Springate again and have already recommended to numerous friends.

We hired Springate Building Company to complete a two-story extension and some internal alterations at our home. Billy, Dan and Louis were incredibly professional, friendly and hardworking, it was a pleasure to have them working on our project. Single story Extension - Omg what a team. They did a great job from start to finish. Everything was completed on time, as they were everyday on the building side. All very polite and answered any questions. Highly recommended.

Billy and his team carried out my garage extension project. From the initial quote to the completion of the build, they were professional, meticulous, courteous and timely.
