The London Building company

I work in the NHS. I usually get free time to message in the evenings. Messaged to ask a question on the WhatsApp number provided on Google. I thought this would be a business account but recieved a rude message stating I contacted him out of hours on an Easter Sunday. No consideration for people who work non-standard hours. Why put a business contact up if people aren't allowed to message it.

We used the London Building Company for a single storey side and rear extension on our semi-detached house in South East London. Our architect recommended them (and two other builders) and we met all of them. We also got some other quotes. When I met Freddie (the project manager) to talk through the job I was immediately impressed. I knew that I wanted to go with them even before the quotes came back. He then worked through the small details of the project with us and came back with a quote that was within budget. His project management fee is a very small percentage of the total cost and more than worth every penny. Now that the work has finished, we can honestly say that it has exceeded our expectations. We are absolutely delighted with the finished job which was completed on budget and with no extra costs. The job took several months and everyone that has worked on the job was pleasant and friendly, and they all did excellent work. Freddie is highly organised, was always available when needed and his communications are always clear. We are delighted that we went with the London Building Company and will be recommending them to anyone we know who is considering a project. We couldn’t be happier with the end result. Basement extension of a 4 floor townhouse in Greenwich including removal of all walls. I cannot recommend Freddie and his company enough. I have told everyone I know about the amazing experience I have had and I’m happy to chat to anyone thinking of embarking on a job with Freddie and the team. From start to finish a seamless/ low stress experience- excellent advice, straight talking, clear communication with an attention for detail. If the team thought I should consider a different option they told me and to be honest they were always right. Kitchen extension, including building, all associated trades and kitchen intallation /decoration The London Building Company completed a single story kitchen extension for us in 2019. They stayed within time and budget during the job, which was completed to a high standard. Freddie and his team communicated with us really well during the build, and were available to follow up on small snaggings and residual issues. I would highly recommend them for any large projects.

Side, back extension and full refurbishment The London Building Company was recommended to me by my two local friends. They were full of praise and both were very happy with the work he had carried out on their properties. I’ve had bad experiences with building firms in the last 6yrs and I can’t tell you what a breath of fresh air Freddie and his team were. I’m so pleased I went with him and his team as their work is outstanding and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. The work was completed on budget and time. I would not hesitate in recommending TLBC and will be using them for all our future work.

Full refurbished of a semi detached with a loft conversion and extension I received two recommendation from my neighbours for The London Building Company and we are so happy we went them. The work they carried out was outstanding and to the highest standard. Freddie made us a beautiful family home and for that we are truly thankful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The London Building Company just completed our back and side extension. We were recommended by a friend who was aware we haven’t had the best experiences with building work on our previous properties. So pleased they did!
