George & Paul and his team did a great job - communicated extremely well about the programme of works and costs, responded daily to any evolving queries and problems, came up with good solutions and flexibility. Did a lovely high quality job with excellent finishes - laying a new wooden floor with insulation, roof skylights, chimney repairs, installing a wood burner, decorating …. Paul and George have been a pleasure to deal with from the start. I have never met such kind, considerate and conscientious builders. They take time to consider all elements of the project, looking in to different options and going above and beyond to work through tricky elements and get ideas. They always kept us up to date with works carried out, made sure we were happy, always available on the end of the phone. They made sure before starting that we knew the process/plan, we discussed everything together. Any issues that arose (no fault of theirs,) were dealt with calmly and efficiently. I would be very happy to recommend Norfolk Builders and use them again.

The Norfolk builders have done three projects for us in Norwich in the past half year. I can highly reccomend their work! The first was the renovation of a terraced house in the north of the city. They were not only very efficient, but carried out the work to the highest standard. Rewiring, plastering, fitting new floors and a full bathroom refit were just some of the jobs they did for us. The second project was electrical works and structural maintenece to a property. The team carried out the works fast and left the property spotless. The biggest project has been the complete renovation of a large detached property. We've have had the best experience ever with a construction team on this project.George and the whole team have carried out the work ro this family home to the higest standard. Two beautiful bathrooms have been fitted as well as a complete rewire, new plumbing, floors, woodwork, joinery, kitchen and extensive landscaping. We have particularly enjoyed the suggestions and ideas from the team which have resulted in a beautiful finished house. The Norfolk Builders have proven to be not only highly reliable, but extremely professional and set a new high standard in the profession.

Incredible, from start to finish, a flawless process. The guys start by setting out a plan with a timeframe, Paul and George then walk you through the timeframe with a dedication to finishing the project on a specified date, which they do, for us they finished nearly 2 weeks early! Provided you take your hands off the wheel and let them take control of supplying, fitting, finishing (they have all the necessary companies to cater for the relevant jobs). I would advise letting them take care of every detail because if there was a minor issue they will rectify immediately without the stress of blame. Absolutely would recommend, don’t go for the Facebook builder that may be slightly cheaper, their prices are fair for the level of work and commitment to the job. Amazing work, couldn’t be happier.

Amazing service! I’m normally very anxious about any trade coming into my home but George was great. Friendly, and very honest with what he was doing and the materials he was using. If there was a choice we got to make it with his expert knowledge helping us decide. Will be using them for bigger projects in the future.

George and his team at The Norfolk Builders carried out the associated building work on a commercial refurbishment project we were working on. Professional, reliable and extremely efficient in all aspects. All team members were friendly and easy to work with. Work was carried to a very high standard, clean and tidy throughout the project, liaising with our client regularly to ensure they were happy with everything. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of commercial or residential building work or refurbishments.

They were absolutely amazing and delivered everything they said on time, on budget and on brief. Highly professional team led by George and Mike who organised the whole project start to finish. Their entire staff were so polite and professional, so much so we could continue to have clients on site while they worked. Their workmanship is of an excellent standard and I would happily use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. 10/10
