TLS Construction (York)

We are very happy with our wrap-around extension project thanks to the great effort of Tom's Profix team. The new kitchen is now our family's most go-to place. Thanks Ian for the fitting and suggestion on the bar table (and also the under-stair cupboard). The patio is beautifully constructed with a retaining wall for the cutback sloped garden. We cannot thank James and Janos more for their hard work under the scorching sun and their time planning the design and build, not just about how the slabs are laid but also the drainage part. We are also grateful to have Mav handling the electrical work. He is super meticulous putting not just safety first but also carefully considering how a user will use the lightings so as to ensure a good overall user journey experience. Dave is all-rounded not only overseeing the whole project but doing various snagging tasks and is always listening to our needs. We enjoy very much working with them. All the discussion and suggestions are invaluable. I am sure we have missed out many names here who have put great effort setting the foundation work and roofing for our extension. Thank you team!

Tom and the team were great, did what they said they would, when they said they would. Offered ideas, improvements and got really into the project. They clearly really enjoyed the creation of an exciting new extension. All the team were real grafters, who clearly loved what they do. It cost what they said it would, and was delivered on time and to budget. Very happy.

Just had a loft conversion completed by Profix. From start to finish, they were very professional and clearly knowledgeable on what they were doing. Tom and the team were very approachable, and nothing was too big for them to handle and even came out in the worst weather to help with issues this caused. We are more than happy with the rooms, and the finish is of a very high standard. we would highly recommend them to everyone thank you again Guys !

I have had a very positive experience working with ProFix Trade Ltd as a specialist consultant. Tom and his team have been extremely helpful in resolving a wide range of construction queries and issues throughout the project. As is common in construction projects, there were some inevitable delays and unexpected challenges. However, Tom and his team handled these situations professionally, always working to smooth things over and maintain good progress. The quality of their work has been to a good standard, and their communication has been good too. Based on this experience, I have already started working with ProFix Trade Ltd on other projects. It was a pleasure having Tom and his team to complete our loft conversion. There were a few bumps along the way with some subcontractors but Tom ensured everything was right in the end and we love the final result.
