Brad and his team remodelled the rear of our house, they removed multiple load bearing walls, reconfigured external doors and windows, installed a new flat roof with lantern, new boiler, underfloor heating, new floor, new kitchen, and everything in between. Brad was fantastic to work with throughout, a great communicator, he happily accommodated any changes, put up with my constant questions, and shared his input where we needed it. His eye for detail and willingness to achieve a quality result was great. We won't hesitate to use him again. His team were also fantastic, particular note to Jim, Pete, and Wayne. Thank you!

We spent some considerable time trying to find a reliable and professional company that could remove a uPVC door and frame, supply and fit a wooden door and frame for us. We were grateful to find Brad and the team at WRD. His craftmanship is very much beyond his years - skilled, confident, tidy and even cleaned up after himself. There was a challenge in fitting the top pane as there was no frame. Never fear, he crafted a frame within a frame to allow the No 1 to be used. WRD replaced my render, re-laid the patio, replaced a velux and repaired the chimneys. I wish I had a before picture, the house is completely transformed. The team were great to have around, my neighbours have commented on the quality of the work, and communication with me and the neighbours was great. Shout out to Cheryl in the office who was very kind and helpful and kept me organised. I would definitely work with this company again.

WRD carried out the extensive renovation and extension of our new family home in Walkley and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Works included a single storey rear extension, new kitchen and flooring, renovated upstairs bathroom and a new understairs bathroom, heating, plumbing and plastering. The extension was built to an extremely high standard given the amount of steel needed and Brad and Jim were always on hand to answer our (many) questions. They also went above and beyond to ensure we could be in the house for Christmas, which was hugely appreciated.
