www.leedsloftconversions.co.uk is a loft conversion company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The company has over 35 years of experience in the building and renovation trade and loft and roof conversions. It guarantees all workmanship for 5 years. All employees and contractors are fully qualified tradesmen with a minimum of six years work experience.

The company holds comprehensive Public and Employers Liability trade insurance covering all employees and contractors. It has over 1000 customers from the West Yorkshire area. A 10 year guarantee is offered on all flat roofs. A named contact is Glenn. The company specialises in planning and raising roof height. All work is fully project managed by the company itself. Loft conversion services include dormer, hip to gable, Velux and mansard conversions.

Leeds homeowners seeking additional living space, including those converting bungalows, feature prominently among the projects described, with loft conversions and dormer extensions the work most often discussed. Praise centres on Glenn, named repeatedly for steering jobs from the architect's stage through planning and building approvals, and for keeping householders informed throughout. Customers describe the tradesmen as swift, capable and considerate, particularly where residents were working from home, and note that joiners, plumbers and electricians coordinated smoothly. Tidiness is a consistent theme, with sites cleared and dust kept to a minimum after each working day.

Reviews time and again mention conversions finished within the promised timeframe and the agreed budget, with any overspend limited to changes they requested. The standard of the finished workmanship is another recurring point, as is the fact that rooms were handed over ready for decorating. Competitive quotes and fair pricing are described as part of the service, alongside friendly, patient handling of queries as the build progressed, and Glenn's willingness to go beyond the brief, including helping with a neighbour's roof. Dormer additions and full loft conversions remain the work most often praised.
