We used Adrian and his team to build a small single storey side extension. Adrian was great, set out exactly what was to be done with a timeline and payments for each phase as completed. He was always punctual, polite and approachable. Very tidy, cleaning up at the end of each day. Adrian came up with solutions for a couple of problems we had along the way and we are very pleased his standard of work and with our finished cloakroom/ utility room. We would not hesitate to recommend Adrain and his team for any building work and would definitely use him again if needed.

We recently had a single storey rear extension built by AP Berrystone and we are *really* pleased with the results. Adrian has so much experience, nothing phases him. Our older property had access issues and some other tricky obstacles (both known and unknown before we started) but Adrian and his team took it all in their stride. Always punctual and reliable. They work to a very high standard, and I believe him when he says "I won't do any work for a customer that I wouldn't be happy with on my own house". Book him if you can.

We contracted Adrian and his team to build our kitchen extension. Throughout the process, we have been nothing more than impressed with Adrian’s attention to detail and commitment to delivering our dream. He didn’t disappoint!! Once the quote was agreed Adrian stepped into action arranging deliveries and inspections, and planning the project timeline. We were immediately impressed and knew we had made the right choice! The build itself went very smoothly. From start to finish, the team turned up on time every day and the site was kept amazingly tidy throughout the whole build. We have just came to the end of our single storey extension, which we are absolutely delighted and over the moon with. We had an existing lean to demolished and a new bigger extension built consisting of large patio doors, roof lantern, utility room and extended living area etc. Adrian was fantastic from start to finish, he knew exactly what we wanted from the plans and has exceeded our expectations. We ran into a few unexpected problems during the build involving existing walls, foundations etc but Adrian dealt with it brilliantly. He kept us up to date throughout the project and always explained any findings or alterations that had to be made. Adrian will always advise you if he thinks something would work better and asks you for your thoughts before any change is made, but ultimately he will always fulfil your request/vision. Adrian and his team were all professional, polite and respectful throughout. The workmanship is all to a very high standard and attention to detail was always maintained. Everything was kept clean and tidy each day with the least minimal disruption. We gave Adrian spare keys for our property from the offset due to us being at work each day so access wouldn’t be an issue and knew everything would be safe in safe hands with Adrian. Adrian and his team take pride in their work and the service they deliver. He is a very respectful individual with a wealth of experience and will always do his best by you. Adrian's reputation as the go to builder in Swindon is very well deserved. We called on Adrian to help put right some sub standard work from a previous contractor and from the offset he was fantastic. He provided amazing advice and explained every little detail to us throughout which gave us confidence that the job was now being completed correctly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using him again in the future.

This is the second project that Adrian has completed for us, we were pleased with the first and over the moon with this one. We were on holiday for a significant period of the build and the team could not have been more helpful at both keeping us informed and taking the stress out of the project. The quality levels are first class and the finish is top draw. We have a few little finishing elements to go but would have no hesitation in recommending Adrian.

Having Adrian Berrystone and his teams for our new home renovation is one of our best decision this year. They are very experienced in building and their skills and work are exemplary. This is our first house in the country and honestly we were quite anxious at the beginning. Adrian explained to us many details of the house like flooring, heating, kitchen, etc and offered advices to fit our needs. Adrian has also done superb job in managing the project. We were well informed on the progress throughout the period (6 months). Even when there was surprise like uneven floor after removing the carpet, Adrian recommended solution and arranged works to meet the timeline. That gave us peace of mind.
