CM Building and landscaping Ltd

Had CM Building and Landscaping Ltd at ours this week to lay a new garage floor for us. Craig was amazing from coming round to give us a quote to getting the job sorted and even coming round the end of each day to check we were happy with the job. Barry was an excellent worker, non stop the whole time he was there and very particular with finishes etc. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a good job at good prices to be done in a quick time frame.

Second time I’ve used CM Builders for a project. Fantastic work ethic by the whole team, step by step communication during the work. Highly recommend. I didn’t manage to take pictures before they started but hopefully these pictures will give you an idea of what an AMAZING job they did. Edit…. I’ve now used CM Builders again for another project. The task, taking down a conservatory (too HOT in the summer and too COLD in the winter) and put up a room which can withstand all weathers. My sons use it as a room to game in. As usual, Craig came in, quoted a price with some extras (I like my extras) and from start to finish, the team have gone above and beyond to complete the job. There was no access for the digger to come through so they dug out the foundations manually, transported all the materials by wheelbarrow to build it and they did it all in 7 weeks!!!!!!! As always, the team were FABULOUS!!!! Thank you ALL very much for an expertly built room which will no longer blind nor freeze me!!

We have used Craig and his gang twice now. Both times communication and reliability have been good and the standard of work is high. He was able to find people to sort a leak and fix it all all around Christmas time. We would happily use him again.
