Benchmark completed a garage conversion for us in Spring 2026. They provided exceptional quality and service from the first email to the final touches. Every single person in the team delivered what they said, on time, to great standard and were tidy and so friendly throughout the whole build. We adjusted some requirements throughout and nothing was too small or too big a challenge. Neal even advised us when things wouldn't be needed/weren't worth the investment and provided recommendations and solutions that worked for the space. We never felt like just another building job on the roster. Neal is an absolute professional. We never had to chase for any updates or info. He proactively called and sent messages to keep up fully in the loop as everything progressed and his professionalism was mirrored from everyone in the team. They are worth every penny. If you're looking at any building work, but particularly a conversion, you really don't need to look any further. If you're like me scanning every single review before booking, just book them. You won't regret it.
