Really great experience with BMC. We spoke to them a year before we decided to go ahead with the loft conversion and there was no pressure. They gave us a really competitive quote and were really friendly throughout. Once build started they were really supportive and really listened to our needs throughout the build. All the contractors were really friendly and they did a great job. Kept in loop with all building control , which was signed off without issue. Our neighbours also had a conversion done with BMC and they had a really similar positive experience with them. Billy and Dan were always a phone call away to sort the little things out throughout the whole period. Any buidling work is stressful but BMC they really kept it calm and smooth throughout. Also, they were really happy to make changes as we were going through the project and all additional works were reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

We had our roof re-built (to gain extra ridge height) and a dormer added to create two bedrooms, a shower room and a small landing in the Autumn of 2023. We met with and received quotes from a number of local building companies, looking not just for a good price but also someone that we thought we would be able to work with constructively for the 2-3 months of the build. BMC provided both. Firstly, their price and programme was good, and they kept faithfully to each (allowing for a few upgrades and add-ons that we requested). Secondly, and at least equally importantly, they were friendly, professional, personable throughout, happy to give but not push advice, and happy to accept feedback and alterations. I will take the opportunity to thank again all the guys who worked carefully around us: Ash, Dylan, Jack, Dan, Reese, and also Kane, Henry, Cam and Taylor, as well as the numerous subcontractors who came in as needed. We are very, very happy with the result and will certainly be calling Billy if and when we have any future projects. We would not hesitate to recommend BMC to anyone who is planning a loft conversion or similar.

We hired Billy and his team for a double hip-to-gable and dormer loft conversion comprising a master bedroom, dressing room and ensuite bathroom. The end result is spectacular. A few niggles along the way, mainly around getting trades in on time in the latter part of the project and it took a bit longer than expected to get across the line. Those issues that did crop up during the build - as might be expected on a large project - were resolved swiftly by Billy. Overall, really pleased with the work done.

Amazing experience with BMC carrying out my loft conversion. What could have been very stressful went smoothly with very few snags. Those tiny snags (inevitable in any large project) were fixed quickly without fuss. Happy with the quality of the outcome.
