Jordan and Sam did an excellent job on the dormer window, and the finished result exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail was outstanding, and the work was completed efficiently, to a very high standard, and within the agreed timescale. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We recently had a dormer loft conversion done, and cannot recommend Jordan and Sam enough. They were always on time, happy to work late, and often on a Saturday too which is a rare thing nowadays! Nothing was too much for them, and they always tidied up at the end of the day, no matter how long the day had been. My wife and I are over the moon with the end result, and would happily get Jordan in again any time.

Top Notch Loft's did a loft conversion for us in Feb 2025, Jordan and his team were lovely and the build itself was great. Unfortunately we had a couple of issues with his subcontractors but Jordan got it sorted. Jordan attention to detail is second to none and he made sure to work around our ideas as we went along. Thank you for a great experience with what started with a nightmare which had nothing to do with Jordan and his team.

Jordan and his team changed my polycarbonate roof on my conservatory to a light weight tile a few months ago. They were hard working and friendly they always made sure I was water tight before leaving at end of the day. They were very efficient that I have employed them again to replace my old patio doors to bi-folds. Another great job done. Thank you Jordan and team.

Jordan and the team reconfigured an old kitchen and reception room into a combined kitchen-diner, having previously completed a loft conversion for us, which we were very happy with. The work included adding a number of steels, removing internal walls, underfloor heating, bifold doors, adding soundproofing, an AV install, moving a utility/WC area and kitchen install. Jordan and the team were always very easy to work with, flexible to any changes that were needed, mindful that we were still living in the house, and kept the site tidy from day-to-day. During the project, a couple of unexpected issues were found, and they were dealt with flexibly and professionally, together with some additional work we requested which was all appropriately priced and completed to the same high standard. Jordan has been very responsive to address the few minor snagging items that needed attention after completion. Overall, the work was all done to a very high standard at a good price, and once again we are delighted with the result. We would definitely consider using Top-notch lofts again for any future work.
