Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I would avoid. The workers were incredibly rude and unprofessional, and the manager was no better. During the work on my house, I personally witnessed one worker smoking what I believed to be crack cocaine, and I also saw another worker taking old copper from my back garden without permission. Several workers also spent long periods sitting around watching TikTok instead of actually getting on with the job. The owner’s attitude was just as bad. He regularly shouted, swore at me, and made me feel completely disrespected. It felt like once they had my money, they had little interest in doing the work properly. They constantly seemed to choose the cheapest possible materials and solutions, and the quality of the finished work was extremely poor. Overall, the workmanship, professionalism, and customer service were all well below an acceptable standard. I deeply regret choosing this company.

I would like to thank Jags and his team to express my satisfaction with the whole start-to-finish building experience. The team completed the extension quickly, while maintaining cleanliness throughout the project. Being in a gated community - it was vitally important that the team kept good relations and rapport with the surrounding neighbours. Which they did to the highest level. I was 200 miles away throughout the project, and had so many appraisals from the neighbours on how kind and courteous the team were, and neighbours were very complimentary on how the team would clean the site from debris and always leave it in a tidy state at the end of every day. I appreciated Jags’s courteousness and willingness to address my daily questions, resulting in a final product that exceeded my expectations. Whenever issues arose and on the spot decisions needed to be made, with me being 200 miles away - Jags took immediate control and personally attended the site to resolve in my absence. For this, I am forever grateful. I praise the constant personal communication and updates Jags provided through WhatsApp messaging & by phone calls - I was always kept up to date and well informed. Being so far away, you really need someone like Jags to be your “representative” on the project and literally be your right-hand man, as I only visited the site on half a dozen occasions - he took over many responsibilities that I should have done. It was a great comfort and peace of mind that he done this for me, and I am forever grateful and thank him and his team alike. Homeowners appreciate builders who pay close attention to details during both design and construction phases. This includes accommodating specific requests from clients and ensuring that every aspect of the home meets their expectations. To which CDCS done so professionally.

Absolutely brilliant construction company!!

CDCS construction took over the job of renovating my house with less than 15% of work being completed. We had some structural issues which CDCS sorted out quickly and started renovating the house. We are impressed by the quality of the job they have done. Finished the job as promised, at a reasonable price within the scheduled time frame. Sincere thanks to Mr Jagjit Singh and the employees for the hard work they have put in to realise our dream. Special mention to Jagjit's father who was present most of the time to oversee the work being done. With all the structural issues, we ended up with redevelopment rather than renovation of the property. Very pleased with the way the house has come up. Can't thank CDCS construction enough for the good work. We are now proud owners of an amazing place that we can call home.

Cdcs has established itself as a company that delivers with perfection, jags is a highly trustworthy person in charge of the company and works with his clients to achieve everything to perfection, I don't say this lightly as on our large scale project, jags delivered the desired results .. if it's perfection, class and honesty you are after, then do not look pass cdcs.
