What started a single toilet replacement unfortunately turned into a major building job - including new flooring, repointing a wall, full new plumbing as well as new toilet and sink. Jason and Alex were really reliable, worked very hard and communicated really well throughout, as did Martyn. Jason and Alex were also both very conscious of our house cat, always checking where he was before opening doors and leaving windows open. The job has been done to a high standard and we highly recommend them for both big and small jobs - the team is really diligent and we are very pleased with the work.

Martyn and his team were fantastic!! Impact project managed with the initial water ingress. They provided great communication, all trades, kept us fully up to date with all renovation of the kitchen installation and adjacent rooms effected. Jason and Alex were especially helpful, friendly and lovely to have around. Highly recommend.
Impact completed some refurbishment work for us at our property. Great work finished to a high standard, the guys kept us informed and having all trades in one business meant organising access etc was much easier for me. recommend
Martin and the team recently completed a renovation of my kitchen and bathroom in Mount Vernon. Very professional service and job was completed ahead of schedule. I was a little indecisive and made a few last minute changes about the tiles in the kitchen but nothing seemed to phase the team. Such a polite bunch of guys, highly recommend.
We had Impact in to fit a new PVC back door and do joinery work around the house and garden. Results are great and we’re already looking at future work.
Had some refurbishment work done and really impressed with the whole service. The team turned up on time, kept me updated throughout, and the quality of the work was excellent.
