Graceland Construction

Graceland Construction is an all-trade specialist construction company based in central Scotland, working throughout Central Scotland. It specialises in Victorian renovations, extensions, demolition, structural alterations and fitout. The company has a close-knit team of dedicated professionals with combined decades of experience in technical site management and delivery.

A dedicated roofing division handles new roofs, Velux windows, dormers and attic conversions. All-trades building services include new builds, extensions, demolitions, full flat refurbishments, kitchens, bathrooms, garden rooms, plaster work, rewires, plumbing and boiler installation.

Glasgow customers of Graceland Construction repeatedly highlight the quality of the finished result across a broad range of projects, from kitchen installations and extensions to garage conversions, garden rooms and full house renovations. Workmanship is described consistently as high quality, and several reviewers mention the value offered against the final cost, with quotes agreed quickly and budgets kept.

Communication stands out as a recurring theme, particularly the clarity of advice from Michael, who is named for explaining options and suggesting improvements to design without cutting corners. Tidiness on site is praised, including the care taken to keep working areas clear, and the team is described as friendly, competent and professional in their dealings with clients. Reviewers regularly refer to the speed at which jobs progressed, with one garage conversion completed in a fortnight, and note that the builders remained approachable when specifications or additions changed mid-project.

The company handles plumbing, plastering, rewiring, flooring, patio doors and velux windows alongside its building work, and the same positive experience is reported from first design discussions through to handover. Named and unnamed tradesmen alike are credited with hard work, transparent costs and a willingness to work around the household. Full kitchen installation and renovation work feature most often in these accounts.
