Horizon Loft Space Limited

We recently had a range of improvements completed by the Horizon team led by Rich. The work included a garage conversion, relocating a new boiler and installing new radiators, loft boarding, some rewiring, and plastering. The team were great and always polite to my family while working in our home. Rich was excellent to deal with. He gave helpful advice throughout the project and was always happy to talk through ideas. As the work progressed we decided to add extra jobs, and he was very accommodating. I would happily recommend Rich and the Horizon team. A big thank you to Rich and the whole Horizon team for all their hard work!

Rich and Connor went above and beyond to help us with our Velux and roof situation. Great communication and transparency too, which was extremely appreciated (and far too rare these days). Flexibility, timeliness, attention to details, we cannot recommend them enough and we will definitely use their services again. A big thank you from us.

We Recently had a dormer loft conversion completed by Rich and his team for a spacious master bedroom with small ensuite and we're so glad we went through with it. For the space gained it's 100% worth it. We had quotes from other companies but we had our hearts set on Horizon after Rich had come round to discuss the project and give us a fast quote. They also did a great job in installing the stairs in an awkward place and now they look like they've always been there 👌 only lost a small amount of space in the front bedroom too & managed to keep the boiler in place. Rich Rob Connor Shay Neil and the rest of the trades were all respectful of our house, cleaned up after themselves every day and had no worries leaving them to it while we left for work. Would 100% recommend 👌👍

We have recently had a dormer loft conversion completed by Rich and his team at Horizon Loft Space, and we are more than impressed with the space it has given us. We have gone from a small 2 bed to a spacious 3 bed. Rich was extremely helpful when it came to planning as we wanted to lose as little space as possible in our front bedroom and he managed just that, he always took into consideration what we wanted and would advise us on what he thought would work best, the results are way above our expectations. Rich and the team, were all lovely and made us feel at ease throughout, they were polite, friendly, professional and respectful, cleaned up after themselves each day and we had no doubt in leaving them to do the work whilst we were at work ourselves, they even checked in with the dog to ensure he was okay throughout too. The project itself didn’t always go to plan, but Rich went above and beyond to work around it. I would definitely recommend Rich and his team to anyone thinking about converting their loft space, our only regret is not having it done sooner 😊

Recently had a hip to gable loft conversion done by rich and team. The difference it's made to our house is amazing giving us the space we so desperately needed. we've gone from a two bedroom house to four bedrooms and the loft rooms are much bigger than I expected them to be..from start to finish rich kept us up to date with different stages of the project and any questions we had were answered straight away.The team were great, Robbie, Connor and Shay are a credit to Rich so polite and professional and always cleared up after themselves barely any disruptions whilst it was being completed So glad we had this done by rich, I would definitely recommend horizon to anyone Thank rich and team

I can't recommend Rich and his team highly enough. I'm very happy with our new loft space and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast it was completed. Everyone on the team was polite, friendly and respectful of our home. Our roof was worked on in December and we had some very bad weather, Rob came out to check everything was okay several times. If we were worried about leaks or anything he would always come and check on us. We were well looked after. Any concerns or requests I had were listened to, heard and carried out with understanding. At the beginning I was quite nervous about spending so much money but Rich was very patient and reassuring with me. I felt safe and secure putting my trust in them I wouldn't hesitate to employ their services again in the future.

I was looking for a reputable company to replace 2 x leaking Velux windows in my loft conversion. Started by checking the Velux website and found Horizon Loft Space Limited. It was 2 weeks before Christmas when I rang and spoke to Rich, he was very helpful and provided a competitive quote within a few days - and said would fit before Christmas (fantastic). Can't praise Rich, Robbie and Connor highly enough for the excellent job they did, including removing all rubbish from site. All work to a high standard - brilliant.
