We recently had our attic conversion completed and couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process was smooth and the team were great to work with. Josh was incredibly meticulous in the best way - he clearly cares about getting everything right and was always keen to fix any issue properly rather than cut corners. Lee and Kian were also fantastic. Friendly, attentive and clearly very skilled. Their workmanship was excellent and they were always happy to help or answer questions. Overall a really positive experience and a great end result. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering an attic conversion.

Josh and his team completed our loft conversion consisting two good spacious bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom and spectacular Oak staircase with gallery. I don’t easily heap praise but Josh and his team have done an incredible job, delivering the project way beyond my expectations, on time and on budget. Meaning the whole process was not only stress free but a real joy. I found Josh and his team to be extremely trustworthy and hard working with meticulous attention to detail, going over and beyond their obligation. They were extremely professional, consulting with me in every step of the way. They were always punctual, polite and friendly. Both his team and sub-contractors are some of the most professional and expert people I have come across. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering loft work.

I couldn't recommend Josh and the team highly enough. Getting a loft conversion can be a nervy decision - it's a lot of money with a lot of unknowns - and we were so glad we choose Josh and the team for ours. Josh always got back to me when I had a question, would arrive when he said he would, the quote was thorough, and everyone on the team was considerate, approachable, and worked incredibly hard. The level of quality in the final job is exceptional, and we're over the moon with the extra space and the change it's made to the rest of the house.

Had our loft conversion completed by Josh and his team earlier in the year and we couldn’t be happier. The quote was very competitively priced and Josh was keen to ensure we got everything we wanted out of our new space. Once the quote was accepted an allotted time was booked in the calendar and the guys worked rigidly to this with good planning. All of the team were friendly, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking. Attention to detail in all parts of the build to ensure no issues arose. Regular building regs checks were also booked in. Advice from all the different tradesmen that came in to us made the best service possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh and his team to anyone else. We’ve ended up with the perfect space, a beautiful bedroom, storage and en-suite. As well as a bolt hole for me to escape to when teenagers and hubby get on my nerves lol. Josh and his team did an absolutely stunning job with our Loft conversion. 2 bedrooms, en-suite and bathroom. Every step of the way we were consulted to ensure we got exactly the end result we'd hoped for, it felt like a real collaboration throughout the project. Great work !!

What can I say that hasn’t already been said by all the other reviews. From my first phone conversation and meeting with Josh I knew he was right for us, he was refreshingly honest and very knowledgeable about what we could fit in the space we had. From the moment we agreed it was all systems go with every aspect of the build dealt with from the architect to decoration, a full schedule of work with a payment schedule to go with it 👍🏻 we arranged a date to start and with no waiting around that was the day they came.. got to send a shout out to chez and Scott who were brilliant and also very professional with all the work they carried out (hope the golf is going well chez 😂😂) the schedule went to plan even though Josh caught pneumonia and was in hospital for a week he still called me to make sure all was ok (top bloke). So as I could ramble all day just a massive thanks to Josh and all his team for making things as stress free as possible and for their super high quality workmanship 10/10 chaps

An absolutely fantastic build. From start to finish all people involved were courteous friendly respectful and professional. Everyone attended exactly when they said they would. Nothing was too much trouble. Any issues that did arise were dealt with quickly and professionally Cannot rate or recommend Josh and his team highly enough. Their customer service is second to none. Josh deals with the legalities and building regs side of things. Has his own architect which makes the process very simple and hassle free. The hardest part was choosing what kind of staircase we wanted Josh is very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions to maximise the space available. Thank you to all involved in making a very lovely calming space for us.
