Ben came the day after I called, quoted for repair to extension roof (leaking) and replacement UPVC Soffits, Fascias & guttering front and back plus repair to main roof gable end. I was shown the work by Ben at each stage so I know it was done correctly and to the highest standard. Price was as quoted and agreed, no hidden extras! I was so pleased with the finished quality that I also had my timber clad side entrance replaced with UPVC Fascias - What a difference. What a good job the LBC team have done for me. LB Contractors recently completed a full new roof installation for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the workmanship was to a very high standard and everything was completed efficiently and on schedule. A special mention has to go to Mark, who was absolutely excellent throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and kept us fully informed at every stage. Any questions or concerns were dealt with quickly and professionally, which made the whole experience stress-free. The site was kept tidy, the team were polite and hardworking, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I asked Ben and the team to do my flat garage roof, which is part of a garage block, after seeing some excellent work on a couple of nearby garages. It wasn't a straightforward job as was in very bad condition, with less than satisfactory repairs on top to compound things. Ben was upfront and honest, showing me what was needed. The team replaced rafters, boards and all, and made good the brickwork and joins between myself and neighbours, putting new guttering on the front. Everything was very sensitively handled with neighbouring garages, and all staff were professional and cleared up beyond my expectations. I thought pricing was very fair for the extent of work that had been needed. Excellent customer service, and high quality work, would definitely use them again.

I feel the previous reviews pretty much stand testament to Ben & his team's professionalism. In our case, our extensive flat roof had developed multiple leaks and needed a lot of work. It was in a much more serious condition than any of us had realised, all of which was taken on without drama and with evident expertise. Ben had 5 men on the team so it was all completed to the desired high standard in about 3 days. There are no doubt cheaper contractors out there, but the results and confidence in these guy's work standing the test of time was worth every penny.

After finding some damage to my roof I contacted Ben and his team. Ben came the next day and assessed the problem taking a video to show work needed. His team came two days later and did an efficient repair to all areas needed, for a dry fair price. Well done for customer communication and prompt response. Will use Ben and his team açai and strongly recommend.

This is the third time I have used Ben and Mark and cannot fault them in any way. They explain everything show you proof of what the problem is but are in no way pushy. They are honest. Job is done in a professional manner and left clean and tidy. Fair estimate and job done no hanging around waiting. Job is done professionally.
