After we had a leak at our home, Northdown Property Sevices made what could have been a really stressful experience much easier to deal with. A huge thank you to Alyssia for managing everything so well. She was always friendly, patient, quick to respond, and kept us updated throughout. No question or phone call ever felt like too much trouble. A big thank you as well to Daniel and Greg for the building work and decorating. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were both professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in what they do. We’re really pleased with the finished result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northdown Property Services to anyone. Thanks again to the whole team!

A HUGE thank you to Abby and the team from Northdown Property Services for the major works relating to the recent demolition and rebuilding of my sun lounge as part of a subsidence problem. For a number of reasons the work needed to be carried out at a particularly challenging time for me. Abby and team could not have done more to facilitate the works in the best way possible. Staff were professional, hardworking and always very personable. There were many facets to the work, requiring the coordination of different trades, the delivery of many materials, plant, skips etc and operationally this was very complex. Abby, Chris, Phil, the electrician, plumber, floor tiler and multi skilled builder (who was like Billy Whizz!) all went the extra mile, working hard, despite clearly travelling on occasions to get to my house. Things that stood out for me included the tidy way of working, being polite with my neighbours, ensuring I could park as needed and working in a safe way. I’m now back enjoying my beautiful new sun lounge and feel everything was handled in the best way possible throughout the project. I have been extremely fortunate to of been sent an EXCEPTIONAL builder MARIANION. This polite HARD WORKING gentleman has turned up for the last 9 days with GREAT work ethic. The work he has done to put my house right after water damage in July 2025 has restored my faith after distressing back and forth discussions and stressful conversations with staff on the phone for 10 months. Marianion has worked solely on his own apart from 1 day when he had help putting the plasterboard up on the ceiling. Marianion 100% deserves recognition and definitely a PAY RISE for his hard work. He been very tidy, neat, thorough and a perfectionist. Considering he has only been with Northdown for 3 months he is a CREDIT to the company. It has been a pleasure having him come to my house who I have come to trust INPLICITLY. KEEP doing what you do to satisfy and make us customers happy. Do not lose him as he's GREAT. From start to finish it’s been a perfect experience with Connor organising and keeping us in the picture at every stage, Bogdan whose skills were impeccable in the refit of our en-suite including new walls and oak flooring, and Mateusz whose painting and decorating skills were of the highest standard (I couldn’t find the joins in the wallpaper). I would recommend Northdown Property Services to anyone who wants a seamless high standard job doing. And my wife was impressed by the standard of cleanliness at the end of each day’s work.

Ive recently had work done by Kurt and Micheal. I have had a lot of problems with my insurance company and some unpleasant interactions with workmen. I was feeling extremely anxious but was instantly put at ease from the get go. I was told in detail what was going to happen and kept up to date with any changes. It was a big job and it was cleaned at the end of each day. And it made the whole experience stress free. And they were both very professional and friendly, respectful of our home and our animals and the work done was excellent. 10/10 ☺️

We recently had a water leak and Kurt and Michael came in to completely retile and refit our entire bathroom. I can’t speak highly enough of their work. They did an outstanding job from start to finish, truly going above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard, with top-notch finishing throughout. They were always on time, professional, and genuinely courteous throughout. On top of that, they were friendly and engaging, which made the whole experience much easier during what could have been a stressful situation.
