Rafter Loft Conversions converted my loft space into a fourth bedroom, they worked weekends and went into the loft via scaffolding at the front of the house, removing tiles to access the loft, meaning there was minimal disruption to me and my family. Would 100% recommend them and I'm sure I'll employ their services again as a loft conversion is probably the best way of creating more space in your home.

Rafter Lofts done are loft conversion Craig has great knowledge and experience in conversion explained the whole process set up payment schedule for completion of works as the project progressed. The tradesmen Kevin ,Micheal and Terry are excellent they have all the trades between them no waiting for different contractors did a fantastic job to budget and on time would highly recommend them. We can not recommend Rafter loft conversions highly enough, from start to finish they were excellent. All costings listed with timetable for payments, the team were fantastic doing the work, turning up at 8 am every day even weekends. We went on holiday 2 weeks after they started and felt very comfortable In leaving the keys with them. When we came back home the work they were carrying on with was done (,no messing about with these lads ) and their advice was invaluable. Felt quite sad when they packed up their tools knowing it was the end. We had a dormer put up that gave us 4 extra rooms, a knock through for a big kitchen diner, they did all plumbing, electrics and plastering so no waiting for other trades to come in We would definitely recommend Craig and his team . Craig and the team just completed our dormer loft conversion and we couldn’t be happier.
