Its main services include construction, refurbishment, and new build projects.

Salford-based Manchester & Cheshire Construction Co Ltd draws a split response from reviewers. Positively, punctuality and dependability come through, with work finished when promised and the site manager credited for keeping clients updated and easy to work with. The office team and on-site staff are described as approachable and quick to react, a point echoed by a commercial landlord of six years. Set against this, subcontractors and suppliers report poor treatment: accounts of payment discussions that stalled until pressure mounted, then a push for a lower settlement, and of feeling unsupported by senior management during on-site difficulties.

The commercial department is singled out for failing to engage until a payment became urgent. Good public relations and advertising are acknowledged, yet the same reviewers question whether that image matches how the supply chain is handled. Direct clients appear to receive a professional service, while those further down the chain describe a harder experience. Recurring themes span reliability and communication on client jobs, and unresolved frustration over payment and support.
