We are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by My Extension Ltd. The project involved a full whole-house renovation alongside a 3.5-metre extension — no small undertaking, especially as we were living on-site throughout, including during my pregnancy. Over seven months, with the team working six days a week, the quality, pace, and professionalism on show were consistently impressive. Site lead Wojciech kept everything running smoothly, while Mirek, Adrian, Kris, Kasia, Gosia, and the wider team each made a real and valued contribution. What stood out most was the team’s consideration for our family living in the middle of an active building site. They made what could have been an incredibly stressful period genuinely manageable. We are thrilled with the end result and cannot thank everyone enough for their hard work and dedication.

Very pleased that we went ahead with My Extensions for our loft conversion. They were very professional and detailed right from the beginning through to the end. Pawel was our head builder and looked after us from the beginning. Gosia oversaw the whole project and has a very keen eye for detail, all tradesmen are also fully up-to-date with regs etc. The house is now fully complete, but if we were to move home, I would 100% use them again and would certainly recommend them! For the price point, level of detail, and level of workmanship, I don't think they can be beaten.

We completed a two-floor renovation, including moving the kitchen to the ground floor and creating a new bathroom, and the overall experience was very positive. The final result looks great and we’re extremely happy with the quality of the work. Before starting our rear home extension in London, we were very nervous. We had heard several horror stories from friends and family about building works going wrong. Since we aren't experts in construction and both work full-time, we didn't have the capacity to micro-manage the process. We truly needed a "one-stop shop" to handle everything. While these were additional expenses, I appreciated their honesty. Second opinions later confirmed their assessments were accurate. Organization: Payments were organized on a clear, manageable schedule. Partnerships: They introduced us to other tradespeople for things like countertops. These were excellent recommendations and significantly cheaper than the alternatives we found. After the project was completed, they returned promptly to fix snagging issues and followed up several times to ensure we were happy. Overall, they were a dream building partner. The house looks even better than we imagined, the entire process was relatively painless, and I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

When we embarked on this project we had a vision of what our perfect extension might look like, but really no idea of the complexity of the task, and the professional skills required to make it a reality.
