Was going to get concrete wall built on original neighbours wall.They advised me not to on existing wall as it could be dangerous and it could fall later on,it could be a hazard for my children. They told me to get wall fence panelling which would be cheaper and more efficient for what I needed it for. Thank you,thanks for your advice.
