Perkins Construction

Workmanship of a high standard is the theme that runs through the feedback for Perkins Construction, with customers returning for second and third projects on the strength of completed builds. Bob and his team are named repeatedly as the people responsible, and reviewers describe being kept informed and dealt with professionally from the first visit to the final clean-up. Several customers describe projects finished within the agreed budget and timescale, including work on a rental property, a small extension to a family home, a garden room and a loft conversion, with the same team trusted to quote for further jobs afterwards.

A detail many reviews return to is the attention to detail, alongside the friendly manner of the trades on site and the tidy way the work was left. One customer who had an orangery built for family living later asked the firm back to extend upwards, citing the earlier result as the reason. Kitchen and conservatory work also appear among the services offered, and the standard of finish across these different builds is what customers highlight when they pass the company's name to friends and neighbours in Bournemouth.
