We are really pleased with our new full-sized dormer and the new rooms Keith and his team added. From the start, Keith laid out a clear plan, and his team supported and advised us throughout the process. From drawing up plans for the initial loft conversion to coordinating with Telebeam on the construction. The result is amazing! You can really see the attention to detail in the small things, like the spindles on the new staircase matching the existing ones, and the new fireproof doors looking exactly the same, so the house's original design is unchanged. The entire team is professional and highly skilled, genuinely cares about the end result, and is really accommodating to those new to construction; providing great support to help us personalise the final build.

Keith and his Team have been working for us for a few weeks now converting our garage into an annexe. Everyday they are a joy to deal with, very polite and courteous, nothing is too much trouble and they all work so hard, arriving on time. We’ve recently had our loft converted by Keith and his team and they did an amazing job! Couldn’t recommend them enough, great communication, and every member of the team was polite and professional. Had this done over the summer holidays and the builders were also amazing with the kids, especially Keith! Always left the house clean and safe and really did an excellent job! Would highly recommend their services to anyone considering a loft conversion.

We can’t recommend Prestige Loft Conversions enough. Right from the beginning Keith has been honest, upfront and very knowledgable. Gary and all the team were exceptional at integrating into our busy daily lives, keeping us informed all the time, happy to explain each process to complete novices, happy to listen to many, many ideas and requests & all the time maintaining complete professionalism and warmth. Our end product is stunning. We are notoriously fussy, but Gary’s attention to detail is faultless. Keith and Gary were always on hand to query anything or to ask advice. We were blown away at how quick the loft, Dorma & ensuite went up. Six and a half weeks from start to finish. The team are absolute grafters! Plus they fitted all new internal doors throughout the house. Trust in a builder is a massive issue these days and our initial instincts with Keith paid dividends! We are still painting and finishing off….but the main bulk of it is done!
