Wiltshire loft conversions

Andy did not get Building Control to sign off the work. (Dormer addition to existing loft conversion). The BC inspection cost me an extra £818 on top of the cost of Andy's work.The inspector said he used roof joists that were just about long enough to comply but really he should have sized up considering the span. Throughout this inspection process Andy was completely unresponsive to phone calls and emails asking for photos or videos of the work in progress. Had he provided these, I wouldn't have had to cut holes in the ceiling and wall to expose the joists for the inspectors. Just be aware that as the homeowner you will need the BC certificate to sell your property, and Andy does not include this so you will have to arrange and pay for it yourself.

Andy and team did a fantastic job on our loft conversion. The finishes, attention to detail, professionalism, communication and all those little details were simply amazing. The whole team that Andy brought to site over the 12 weeks or so, from plumbers, to plasterers, to electricians were simply lovely, passionate about their craft and took pride in their work, a fact that shows in every detail throughout. Cannot recommend him enough!

Fence blew down last week and I urgently required it sorting. Wiltshire Loft Conversions came to my rescue and in less than a week they done all necessary work. Excellent job and extremely tidy. If you require any work doing please give them a call first. They turn up when they say they will.
