Stefan built a single-storey extension across the back of our house with a pitched tiled roof, vaulted ceiling and Velux windows, as well as removing internal walls and installing three steel beams. From start to finish, his knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence in what is a major structural project. He kept us informed throughout and was very proactive with building control, making sure inspections and sign-offs happened at the right time. He’s excellent at working through challenges and finding practical solutions — always keeping things moving, but never cutting corners or rushing work. We lived in the house during the build, and Stefan was considerate, tidy and mindful of the disruption, which made a difficult period much easier to manage.
