I had a 1st floor bedroom extension and ground floor rear extension completed by ACT some 5 years ago now and reminicing recently left me compelled to write a review. I had several quotes from differing building companies, from small to medium family businesses to ACT themselves. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable and they left me feeling confident and reassured from the first meeting. The whole job was completed on schedule and took only 4 weeks to the day to complete. I had been given time scales of anything from 8 to 12 weeks from other builders. They were prompt, arriving each day before 8am and waiting till 8 to start. They were courtious and understanding to my neighbours, which living in a small cul de sac was important to me and they understood that. Above all their workmanship was 1st rate and I've enjoyed living in the space they helped create for the last 5 years without any issues. 10 /10 and highly recommended

After having an extension built we are now having problems with the doors and windows that they fitted. They don't want to know. They won't help us. Very disappointing as they got 2 more extensions after we recommended them.
