My experience from the very start of the project through to completion was genuinely faultless. I approached Jamie for a quote, explaining that we needed two bedrooms and a shower suite created in the loft for my young daughters. Jamie and his team were exceptional throughout. They delivered exactly what we envisioned and made the entire process smooth and stress free. The team were knowledgeable, proactive with advice, and incredibly helpful with the additional touches I requested, such as air conditioning and underfloor heating. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would recommend Alvaston Lofts to anyone considering a loft conversion. The whole project was completed efficiently, with complete peace of mind from start to finish.
Jamie and his team went over and above for our loft conversion. They also replaced our old stairs. The professionalism is just outstanding. The finish was amazing. The team were all very friendly. We appreciated that they transparent with the entire process and gave us helpful and useful information on things that needed fixing and updating in our home. Everytime they left our home, they would clean up and leave the space habitable. A nod as well to Jamie who is very involved in the build and process. He was willing to hear our question and give direction when needed. When you go with Alvaston you choose great project management. Everything was done within (well before) the 8 week window they scheduled. Thank you Alvaston. We love our loft conversion.

Alvaston were brilliant. Jamie and his team cannot be faulted. Professional, experienced and knowledgable. We were quoted 8 - 10 weeks for our loft conversion. It was completed a day short of 8 weeks. Queries answered straight away. All the various stages of the conversion flowed beautifully. Very pleased with the quality and workmanship. Highly recommended.
Alvaston have transformed our house. Jamie and his team have just completed a loft conversion with a dorma then went on to build a rear extension for a kitchen. Making our old kitchen into a downstairs bathroom. We cannot fault the work that was carried out. Jamie's ideas with the plans were excellent. We cannot believe that we have got through all the work within 6 months and our house to remain livable at all times. Every member of Jamie's team were so professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to recommend Alvaston to others. We are so grateful to Jamie and his team, they go above and beyond for their customers.
