Boyle Developments were fantastic throughout the entire process of our build. They took time to understand our requirements and offered advice all the way through the project. We valued their knowledge and experience especially when dealing with challenges which inevitably cropped up during the build. They dealt with everything and took it all in their stride whilst guiding us through to completion of the project. Brendan and his team have done two projects for me - both very different and both completed to a really high standard and on time. I honestly cannot recommend Brendan and his incredible team enough. He fully project managed our entire home kitchen diner renovation from start to finish last summer. I have seriously high standards and his whole approach to the project blew me away. Our home has completely transformed how we live and feel. The open plan space and the kitchen extension is incredible. Response times and being kept up to speed with the full project was led by Brendan. We found Brendan and the team whilst looking for a local builder willing to take on our project. We wanted a company that was able to take on every aspect of the renovation, from design, drawings, planning etc and this company didn’t disappoint. Easy to contact and super speedy with responses. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole team were just great! We have been lucky with the weather but all was completed within the time frame we were told and spot on with the quote we were given. We are very happy with the whole transformation and have had many compliments on the design at the front of our house! Thank you Brendan and all the team ☺️

This is the second home that we have sought the Boyle team’s assistance - the first they built from the foundations up. Having had such a great experience with them over the two years of that project, they are now the only team we turn to. In our new purchase, Brendan and his team of artisans ripped out the kitchen and bathroom and built a new utility room, installed a kitchen, bathroom and two new loos. They managed the process across all trades (electricians, plumbers, plasterers, chippies etc.) seamlessly, creating a beautiful end product which we are absolutely delighted with! Still cannot rate this company highly enough. Thank you Brendan!

From our initial contact, all the way through to completion of works, Boyle have been great. Brendan immediately engaged with us and it felt as though they were personally invested in our project. We struggled to get any other builders to even come and quote, but communication with Boyle was great from day one. Throughout the build, we had regular updates with where we were at, and what was to come, as well as a clear and detailed itemised quote and then a payment schedule which was essential for our budget management. We had used an independent structural engineer prior to instructing Boyle Developments, which actually proved disastrous. I would recommend other people go directly to Boyle Developments as they can do the drawings for you themselves which will save a lot of headaches and stress. In our case, Brendan was able to navigate the awful drawings we supplied and liased with the building inspector, saving us from having to get them redrawn. The team working on site were quiet - (didn’t even know they were here some mornings!), thorough and tidy. I thought we’d have to keep up a constant supply of tea and biscuits, but this wasn’t the case. They were focused and worked hard continuously and through 24-26• heat! Thank you all very much.
