I was kept fully informed, any questions were answered promptly and nothing was too much trouble. The team were reliable, hardworking and respectful. They arrived promptly every morning, had strict break times, and left the site clean and organised at the end of the day. Even my neighbours commented upon their consistent punctuality, courtesy and hard work. We recently had EMD Developments complete a single-storey open-plan kitchen extension, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Kriss and his team delivered a fantastic job from start to finish. We had EMD Builders complete a single-storey extension at the back of our house with a beautiful lantern roof, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the whole project was handled professionally and efficiently. In addition to the extension, they also created a superb patio that has really transformed our outdoor space, as well as repairing existing rendering and completing plastering to a very high standard. The team were reliable, tidy, and easy to communicate with throughout, and the finished work has exceeded our expectations. We can't recommend EMD and Kriss enough. We had only just moved to the area so I didn't know any builders but reached out to EMD amongst others for a quote for a garage conversion. Kriss was spot on throughout the entire process. He listened to exactly what we wanted and clearly explained ideas and plans in leyman's terms. All of the guys on site were professional, polite and tidy throughout. The work carried out was to a high standard and in conjunction with building control. There was never any hard sell or over promises and most importantly, Kriss did exactly what he said he would do.

Really pleased with our ground floor extension and re-model led by Kriss and the team. The project started the day Kriss said that it would and they were always on site first thing. They worked at a great pace in getting the groundworks and structural work done and always ensured that the site was left tidy at the end of the day. The whole team are a friendly and professional bunch and our next door neighbours loved them! Helping them in with their shopping, for example, was a mark of them as people and helped in ensuring that good relationships were maintained throughout. An unforeseen problem was dealt with swiftly and didn't delay the overall project. Other tradesman brought in by Kriss, or recommended to us by him, were also excellent and got the job done quickly. Kriss liaised with them brilliantly to ensure the project always ran smoothly. Throughout the whole project, Kriss was on hand to advise and offer suggestions which was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate in using Kriss and the team again, or recommending them to others. Just make sure you have a couple of big jars of coffee for them for the start of the day!

Kriss and his team are so professional, our kitchen/lounge project went like a dream from beginning to end. His team of workers ensure everything is clean at the end of the working day ready to start the next day fresh and ready to go. We are over the moon with the results!
