Using John Daniel’s builders has been an amazing experience. Not only are the guys really knowledgeable about the bricks and mortar stuff, they actually care about us as people, family members and how their work impacts you as a family. I would 100% recommend and will be using them again when we need more building work done.

We have just had a job finished by John and his team. The experience has been superb. We had two walls built, some new flagstones laid and an area around our pond dug up and relaid. The initial contact with John was very positive, and we received a quote promptly and a promise to start work early in the new year, which is exactly what happened. The delivery team led by Simon were thoroughly professional and worked extremely hard. Communication was excellent, and small changes to the original specification were accommodated. The work was completed within four days to a very high standard.

Superb from initial meeting with John, right the way through to the finished renovation. The whole team were professional throughout and there were numerous times that they went above and beyond what would be expected of a building company. John put us at ease throughout the planning process and worked with our structural engineer/architect to ensure that the work was done as required in a safe, clean manner, and the final cost was within a couple of percent of the initial quote. All round brilliant - would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have work done.

What can i say....From the initial meeting with John to the final inspection, the service and workmanship has been inpecable. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Communication and planning was excellent which knowing the building trade everyone is scared of. They started earlier than expected and worked 100% of every minute of the day with an exceptional level of quality and detail. The whole team are an assett to John Daniels Builders and should get more reviews and compliments like this. Excellent trustworthy Builders who have undertaken inserting a new Steel Bar to the house, rectifying 1960 extension. Plus securing the groundwork outside. Very satisfied and all at a reasonable cost.

The work carried out by John and his merry men was exemplary. I can't fault their workmanship and eye for detail. A line of communication was open at all times, keeping me up to date with any changes etc. If I need further work completing I'll have no hesitation contacting John again. John Daniels builders did a neat and professional job for us installing a steel beam to support a chimney. Sorted out structural engineer calculations, building control sign off etc. Great team.
