A fantastic experience from start to finish. The builders were friendly, reliable, and communicated clearly throughout the project. They delivered high-quality work and left everything clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I contacted Kristofor Builders Ltd for a single-story rear extension estimate. While I chose not to proceed with the build due to their pricing, I hired their partner/associate, Alena Lleshaj, to handle the architectural drawings for Thames Water and Building Control. This proved to be a costly mistake. The drawings provided were inaccurate and contained several calculation errors, leading to multiple rejections from both authorities. These failures delayed my project by over a month. I eventually hired a qualified architect, and both applications were approved on the first attempt. To avoid unnecessary costs and delays, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for professional design services.
