Used London Lofts after a neighbour recommended them. Got the loft boarded out so we could actually store things up there properly — its a family home and we were running out of space everywhere
Needed the loft sorted for storage and LL came out, did the consultation, got the layout designed and boarded the whole thing in about 3 weeks. Proper job. Our terrace was a nightmare for space before this
LL did amazing work on our Victorian terrace. Went for the l shaped loft conversion and it's transformed the whole top floor. The guys were punctual, tidy and really knew there stuff. Only tiny niggle was some dust got through the sheets one day but they sorted it straight away. Would use again for sure 👍
Got a mansard loft conversion done by London Lofts and the space is incredible now. They handled all the planning permission stuff which took the stress right off. Work took about 10 weeks but that included redoing the whole roof. Bit of noise obviously but they started at reasonable times and always cleaned up. The shell loft conversion option would've been cheaper but glad we went for the full package
Cant recommend LL enough. Our loft was a weird shape but they designed an amazing layout that works perfectly. The build itself was stress free and the builders were lovely - even made us cups of tea! Finished our loft conversion ahead of schedule which was a bonus. London Lofts did our loft conversion drawings and the full build. The drawings were approved first time by council which was great. Actual conversion took about 10 weeks including a dormer roof extension at the back. Quality of workmanship is solid throughout - you can tell they've done loads of these before. Fair pricing and no hidden costs popped up which was refreshing!
