The project was managed professionally from the very first visit through to completion, with great communication throughout. If you have a question at any stage, Jay replies almost straight away. He has a very organised and disciplined way of working, always letting you know what’s happening each week. His team were respectful to both us and our neighbours, cleaning up and keeping the site tidy every day — even taking their shoes off when they needed to come inside. Everything came within the quoted cost too, so there were no silly surprises. The whole job was completed within the timeframe Jay originally gave us. Finishing such a major project in just 6 weeks is a real credit to him and his team, especially without cutting any corners. I’d highly recommend Mersey Developments for any building project, and we’d definitely use them again in the future. This loft conversion has given our family the extra space we really needed. Just had a loft conversion done and can not fault mersey developments Jay and the lads are brilliant nothing was to much for them couldn't ask for better fellas. They were here every day with no issues everything finished to top speck couldn't recommend them enough the work is fantastic i will add pics when all decorating is completed

Jay and the team did our dormer loft conversion this year and we couldn't be happier with it. From the initial meeting with Jay to look at what we could do with the space we were put at ease. From start to finish Jay advised us and stayed in constant contact throughout the job. He coordinated all aspects of the works and his whole team were absolutely fantastic, getting the job done very quickly, to a very high standard, without much mess at all.
