MT Building Services - Belfast

Martin and the lads were amazing. We got our bricks repointed and chemically cleaned, plus got our ground floor damp proofed. Martin was easy to speak to, very attentive and explained everything in detail answering any questions we had. Highly recommend, glad we came across you guys!

Would not hesitate to recommend Martin , Pierce and Jonny aka MT Building. The lads were with us for a week and a half building a retaining wall and putting up fencing which I must add was a great job. Than you so much lads.

Martin re pointed my house in Belfast and did a first class job. The work was to a high standard, the team were professional, cleaned up really well after themselves, were respectful and just a good bunch of folks. Also Martin always kept his word, always answered my calls or called back. Exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend and as I work for a major building contractor myself I know what good (and bad) looks like.MT Building Services are very good.

Found MT Building Services,goggling builder near me, excellent reviews,.!!!.contacted Martin straight away . he was very helpful and quick to respond as I had leak in bay window which was causing damage to interior roof.panic 😱,Martin was quick to repair, very professional clean tidy job ,well pleased !!!! can't thank you enough!!! I called up Martin to ask about getting a wall knocked down and then plastered afterwards. He gave me a quote and a date for getting the work done and kept me informed the whole way. The work was done in a few days and took place right on schedule too. Martin also arranged for the plasterers to fix up the plastering afterwards too so I didn't have to deal with organizing that myself. The work was done very professionally and there were no problems at all, it's a great job and I'm very happy with the work done. They also sorted me out with an Electrician whcih was much appreciated.
