UPDATE: Following this review, Jonathan contacted me to apologise for the delay and completed the work. I had storm damage roof repairs carried out by North Building Contractors in January 2025, including replacement ridge tiles, roof tile repairs, rebedding/sealing and waterproofing. The cost was around £1000. Less than 18 months later, I developed damp in my son's bedroom. An independent roofer inspected the repaired section and identified cracked and crumbling mortar, gaps beneath the ridge tiles and a cracked tile (see photos). He advised me to contact North first to give them the opportunity to inspect and rectify the work, which he said should not have failed within 18 months. North initially attended but only viewed the roof from the ground and denied responsibility. After I challenged this, they agreed in writing to rebed the ridges and repeatedly told me someone would contact me or attend. Despite waiting several weeks and chasing multiple times, I was repeatedly fobbed off, then ignored and no-one has carried out the agreed repair. I have now been left arranging further inspection and repairs myself. The attached photos show the condition of the repaired area. Based on my experience with both the workmanship and the aftercare, I would not use this company again.

Leo and his team did a great job with our refurbishment. We had some remodelling done inside including ceilings, plastering, joinery and relocation of our front door. Outside we had extensive digging out of an old drive with stubborn tree roots and now have a new drive with additional paving. Everything was carried out to a high standard and importantly all of the tradespeople were easy to have around and trustworthy. Leo keeps great communication and all work was delivered on budget. We were able to adapt and make changes as the project progressed. We will contact Leo for any future work confident that we'll get a good job done.

We had an urgent issue requiring a structural repair to our house. Jonny visited the same day to inspect. The team were onsite the following day to make the building safe. During the repair and renewal process Leo was in regular communication providing updates and options at every stage. We are very pleased with the results.
